I have attempted several times to submit a support request over the last few days after my previous ticket was clearly misread and closed incorrectly as 'duplicate' by support [200819-005828].
Subsequently, any attempt to submit has resulted in the web interface stalling at the point of issuing a ticket number - its states "Thanks for submitting your question. Your ticket number is: " but no ticket number is issued and so the suport request is never logged.
This is NOT acceptable.
Please can you fix your broken support interface so it is actually functional and/or re-activate the falsely labelled and incorrectly closed ticket described above.
