Xbox NA/EU Maintenance - August 22 @ 6am EDT [COMPLETE]

Hi everyone,
Earlier today, some Xbox players accrued extra crowns on their account, and we will be taking Xbox NA and EU offline tomorrow, August 22 at 6am EDT for maintenance to address this. If you notice you have more crowns than you have purchased, we highly recommend not spending them as you’ll be putting your account at risk for TOS actioning. We expect maintenance to conclude by 9am EDT, and we’ll let you know when we have an update on the issue with the excess crowns.

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerWe completed this morning's maintenance to fix the issue with the excess crowns on Xbox. However, we need to take an additional outage at 9:30am EDT (in about 15 minutes) to remove the crowns from affected accounts. If any accounts are found to have a negative balance, they will simply be zeroed out. Additional account investigations from our ToS team will occur next week if necessary. We anticipate this process to take a couple hours; thanks for your ongoing patience.7
