Since i can't wait for ZOS to release the WINTERHOLD DLC :D (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/533417/winterhold-dlc/)

I started making my own College of Winterhold, its a pretty HUGE project using something I've never seen anywhere else:
Custom-made effect using Skyrim assets and texture.

Here's a little teaser of what it look like so far, mind this is still a really early build!

I can't wait to share with all of you the end results (i've also contacted the EHT mods to see how to share these texture with everyone, i think they'll be useful in many build).

Forget new content for a while & forget adding new DLC, this is a list of what is actually needed in the game:
1: Handheld magic/ giving you the option to not use your staff to L/H Attack but instead it will shoot from your hand, like a spell.
2: Spellcrafting.
3: Combat pet skin / summon Atronach.
4: Summon weapon.
5: Change the Housing item limit.
6: Multi Attunable crafting station.
7: Add Writ boards and Writ Drop-off's for housing.
8: Cut the crown price of Mundus stones (4000x13? 52000 crowns?).
9: Visual upgrade for all spell and animation.
10: More structural item, door, floors, arch, walls for all size and shape.
11: Dusting and adding things to the mage guilds.

    Following this obsession about Skyrim and the College I've also custom-made my self a little Set of jewelry to finally be able to impersonate the Arch-Mage of the College:

    Am I just not drinking the same water as a lot of people here? The College seemed rather plan and uninspiring to me. More akin to an Aleyid structure in its prime which is fine I guess but those were supposed to be in an age passed. The College didn't make me think magic or even Nords. Oh look granite stacked on top of each other... how bold.

    Think it fell victim to that insistence on a 11/11/11 release date.

    Cool! I wonder if the college will look any different in this earlier time before it got damaged.

    Why is this thread still here but the one in housing got closed?

    Makes more sense to keep the housing one open.

    Yes it's a custom-made texture extracted from Skyrim files and i replaced some EHT files to integrate them, the windows below also.
    My hope is that this will be noticed by EHT mods so we can push things like this into the game via EHT. @ZOS_Cardinal

    Oh, didn't know that. Never understood these companies not realizing, you know you are adding to this game after the fact. You could fully realize the idea.

    I started to play ESO with high expectations to see the Winterholds College when I heard Skyrim would be comming to live server. I even created my first character backstory based on the city and some aspects of the College would play major part of my character development RP wise. Which in way is on hold due to: We do not have that area released yet.

    Not only that but I can't see the building from the bards college patio as it's stated possible on lore. - What a bummer :/

    Fortunately, carry Winterhold as a surname have it's props. I had the honor to be invited by @Asdara to check it out by first hand his Winterhold's College. And I can only say that I am astonished. He not only managed to build the College as similar as he could with the TESV version size wise but he also managed to make it rich in details. Which it's a challenge per see considering how little slots we have available compared to the Winterhold's College degree of size, complexity and details.

    It's an impressive project and I'm super excited to check it out what are his plans for the guild related to the house project.

    When it is open and finished for showcase I would recommend you to check it out. This build is one more proof on a live server that is possible to do stunning and breathtaking builds even though all the limitations imposed by the service providers.
