Returning Player Looking for Pacific Standard Time Guild

first let me start by stating that i have discord, but i can not rely on it solely to know what is going on with the guild as i am in the game more than i am on discord. I am simply a returning player with CP 260 that is looking for a pacific standard time frame based guild as that is where i am and want to participate in trials and what not in the evening either during the week or on the weekend.
