3rd boss on the veteran frostvault Vault Protector laser phases should be health % based but we were getting them like a normal attack. They were not coming based on health they were coming random. 1 time we got it at %90 then again in %86 then again in %82. By the time we got to the %82 we were already getting 3 lasers. Then again at %74 also. Best we could do was %27 and on that try it was our 7th laser.
