Cyro Lorebooks... in the pedastal?

Went into Icereach campaign to do training, and the two lorebooks (and two non-lorebooks) were in the pedastal/ground, unclickable... Ebonheart Pact.
(This is after the siege equipment training, when I went to talk to someone about Scrolls. In the temple.)
Is this normal? What do I do?

✭✭✭It is not normal and this is an old bug I hate with burning passion.
It's OK in your alliance, you can come there anytime to check if it's spawned correctly, or mess with third/first person view until you find that single accessible pixel. But when you finally manage to get to the enemy's temple and that glowy horker is bugged... ugh... Makes you consider buying alliance change tokens.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭It’s “normal” in the sense that it always happens whenever I’m in a scroll temple, but it’s definitely a bug.
You can run out of draw distance and then come back, and it should load properly.1 -
aussie500✭✭✭✭Or log out and log back in while having it in view and it should be where it belongs, on top of the pedestal. It is even more fun when doing it in one of the enemy areas, helps to have some friends along to fight them all while you reload just to get a book!
Lots of things fall though things to the bottom in the game, I doubt they will ever do anything to fix the issue after all these years of us asking.1
