ESO kinda demanding game on PC

When ESO is running my GPU at 100% and CPU at mid 20% usage.

When watching Youtube videos it always lag and stutter, however, this doesn't happens when I play other MMORPG even on max settings.

Any of you have this issue?

My rig spec:

Intel I7 7900k
32 GB RAM 4000 mhz
Nvidia GTX 1080
Windows 10

Why are you watching YouTube while ingame?

If your gpu is maxed at 100% there's a bottleneck going on.

You have a very good graphic card so gpu on 100% sounds weird. You have everything maxed? Try turn down shadows and maybe this guide https://alcasthq.com/eso-increase-performance-guide/

GTX 1060 here, no problem at all. All setting to max, 1 window with game, a second one for stream/youtube/internet.
No problem at all.

Does your fan are fast enough to remove the heat ? Do you clean-up you gpu physically ? Is your box big enough to let the air flow ? Many reason possible tbh.

Yea the RPM on the fan is optimal and other games isn't 100% bottleneck on Max settings. I'll probably have to test the downgrade graphics options and see how it goes.

Forgot to mention i play in 4K resolution on all my games.

Also make sure you close the log-in launcher once you're ingame, i notice it hangs around in the background hogging resources fo no reason.
It should close itself once you have logged in but.....

This is why. Go down to 1080p and you will see a drop to 50% GPU usage or less.

Solved!

I have to say though, ESO at 4k on my PS4 looked nice during free access. I still prefer on my 1440p monitor though at close range. Pushing that many pixels at a distance just seems like such an inefficient way to get the same experience.
