Why is there a login queue at 5am est?

    Server crashed. Says queue 42 seconds, been 5 mins.

    Was about to make this same post, lol.

    Crafting at my empty guild house, kicked off, came back to a "41 second" queue that's still going 10 minutes later. :#

    Got kicked out of server and when I went to login, got a login que??? Started at 2 minutes, waited and restarted when 2 minutes went by and now it says 5 minutes.... okay....

    I got kicked while I was dithering at an outfit station about fifteen minutes ago - currently 'Queue is approximately 2 minutes 24 seconds'. It isn't ticking down though.

    Maybe the server finally melted?

    And if you leave q and re q it gets even longer

    It's not even peak hours and this is what we get, how broken is this game after 6+ years. Logged out of Cyro last night 11pm AEST as the population got to the lofty heights of 3 bars and it became completely unplayable.

    I know they are aware of issues but the past 6 years have put the game in the position it is in now and honestly wonder if there is any fix.
    Nocturnal (AD AvA Oceanic guild, still kicking after 5 years) Formed in 1999 DAoC Beta now in our 21st year.

    Fine ZoS, I will leave the game. Didn't have to kick everyone else too! Btw, still can't login and the que keeps increasing in time.

    If you get a message about being in a login queue with a time estimate, the time estimate never counts down, but you can exit the queue and try again, which sometimes gives you a different time estimate.

    I have to wonder if this might be related to the connection issues I've been having since Tuesday that nobody can (or wants to) explain.

    It looks like it is only PC/NA.

    Lol I got back in, started running around.... and my action keys were disabled. So kept running around until the server crashed again.


    Login queue now 9 mins.


    I think since they are working from home, maybe rats have invaded the headquarters and are chewing on cables and such.

    Got kicked off first & then put in a queue.

    Got into login screen & character select & then an infinite loading window so restarted my pc.

    Am now in the queue again.

    If they'd upgrade from hamsters to cats like I keep suggesting, they wouldn't have a rat problem.

    Ok i was in cyro with my guild taking a keep then server just crashed, kicked me off,..i taught it was only in pvp then it seems all realm (pve and pvp) got crashed (noticed from my discord channels) even twitch streamers..what happened?

    Mmmm.

    Folks take a chill pill and go do something else for a few hours while it sorts itself out, it's just a game after all. That's what EU players are advised to do by NA players when our server cranks so I suggest you all take your own advise.
