Has ZOS ever indicated that they've identified the issue or said when it will be fixed? Stam based toons have become unplayable,can't break free or use abilities.

I remember reading somewhere that it was caused by the unwarranted sprint changes a while back. Yet again, "fixing" something that wasn't hurting anyone, and literally breaking more things in the process.
