New Character Skip Chapter Tutorial - Does it reset every new Chapter and force completion.

You can skip the new Character Tutorial during Character Creation if you still have a character that has completed it.

But for anyone that added a new Chapter to their account and created a new character (first new character on that Chapter), was the skip still available from previous Chapter Tutorial completion?

Or did the new Chapter require you to establish another first time Chapter Tutorial completion?

The new chapter does not require that the chapter tutorial be done.
