I’m searching this style but I can’t see it anywhere even Tamriel trade center website doesn’t show it anyone is able to find it?

You get it from doing vFH with a higher drop rate doing HM (or at least having the achievement). Given that it requires a Vet DLC dungeon, that means much lower supply rate on guild traders.

As it is relatively rare and, therefore, likely to be more expensive, it is worth going to the clusters of traders which sell expensive goods and looking trader by trader. This is so much easier to do since Zos added the trader search option. TTC has had difficulties with putting up the various monster style pages but I have always managed to get them using this method.

Keep checking TTC. It will show up, again, eventually.

Rare items such as this one are not going to be available at all times every day. You will have spans of time where certain things simply aren't available on the guild traders. It's going to depend on people finding the items and also if they choose to put them up for sale.

I've had the same luck as you in my search for a Pirate Skeleton Mask page. I've seen one listing in the last three weeks, and that one was listed for more gold than I had at the time.

I've spent most of this week looking for a Dark Brotherhood Shoulder page, and for two straight days there were no listings for it on TTC. It was by sheer luck, after a lot of frustration, that I was finally able to grab one of the listings that have trickled in this week.

I was under the impression that this has a chance to drop in Normal, as well - but am confused by the post about Vet above...

Looks like the style page is not yet in TTC' database. You cannot select the item when you search for it on the website. Therefore there cannot be any listings in TTC. But I found a lot of style pages just sitting in the traders in game, some already for a week (PC EU).
