Multiple Bugged Chests in Chillwind Depths

It’s clear from the Treasure Chest seeker passive that numerous chests in the Chillwind Depths delve are submerged beneath the ground and near impossible to access. Without the passive you wouldn’t even know that the chests were in the delve as you cannot see them at all.

✭Yeah, this passive has also been revealing submerged chests in other locations (there's one that spawns under a rock in Rivenspire, near Northsalt Village) and ones that are submerged in the water instead of under the ground. One of my guildies was even able to open one of the underwater ones, but had to swim around a bit to trigger it.
