If I am playing ESO on PS4... and then Buy an XBOX X....

1-) Will I be able to transfer my accounts and keep playing my current characters?

2-) Can I play with someone who is on the PS4, while I am on a PS5 ?

1. Unknown...I highly doubt it, but they may open up transfers since people might choose to buy a different platform

2. Shouldn't be any reason why not. PS5 would log into the same servers as PS4. No reason they can't allow console and PC to mix either.

1) No, there is no way to transfer account data between servers (and therefore platforms) and ZOS are not planning to add it. Apparently they were only able to transfer data from PC to console servers when they first opened because the database was entirely empty at the time, now they're all populated there's no way for them to do it.

2) Yes this will be possible. PS5 will use the current PS4 servers and Xbox X will use the Xbox One servers.

1) If you can't transfer your toons currently from playstation to Xbox I doubt that will ever change.

2) I don't see why not! Hopefully they will be on the same server (as far as PS4/PS5).

Xbox is going to be one server for both generations
PS is going to be one server for both generations

Xbox- PS- PC never will meet

is probably the best way to put things as the stand...
