How do I check what Chapters I have unlocked.

Yesterday I logged on and I saw the intro to the Morrowind expansion. I didn't buy it, and I don't have ESO plus, yet somehow I was able to travel to Vvardenvell. I went in my collections and I saw that Morrowind and the Imperial City (but I got that one for free in the crown store) were both check marked. Does this mean I own the Morrowind expansion? If not, how was I able to play in Vvardenfell?

There is a free to play event going on right now, so I think they enabled Morrowind for everybody:
'If you’d like to take your first steps into the world of Tamriel, you can play ESO free from now through August 19 at 10AM EDT for Xbox One and PC/Mac and August 20 at 10AM EDT for PlayStation®4.

To get started, visit our Free Play page and select your platform. This event gives you access to the ESO base game, which includes four of the game’s original classes, 24 unique zones (including Morrowind), a huge main storyline, and, if you’re a new player, 500 crowns to spend in the in-game Crown Store.'

If you had access to Morrowind before the event too, but haven't actually bought it, then maybe one of these:
- Morrowind is included in the standard edition of the base game if you bought it as such
- If you pre-ordered Summerset, you got Morrowind for free.
