And, without an upgraded ESO game engine - I don’t envision any viable improvements regardless of console gen - and therefore, don’t feel any pressure to leave my current main account. XBOX NA.
I also haven’t seen any definitive reason from a performance, graphics, or infrastructure perspective - in general - that warrants and immediate switch on release, either.

Having a pc account since beta and ps4 since launch, I often consider going back to pc but don’t want to lose all the progress on console. Recently I’ve been playing both and it “feels” like pc is more populated. My concern is that console players are going to move on to new games and the world will become a bit lonely, so I figured I’d ask the question. When new consoles drop, what do you folks expect to be doing?

Is it likely we’ll be able to switch between Xbox One and Xbox Series X? I’d like to use both to play my existing characters.
