Aldunz delve boss drops

Sitting at 16/17 for the Ebon Dwarven Wolf. The 17th lead doesn't show as question mark, it's a gear, the same icon as a few others, and it's grayed out, and says it can be found in Alik'r, unlike the ones I've already excavated, which no long say where they can be found. This leads me to believe I discovered the lead once, didn't scry/excavate it, and now it's expired. So, back to Aldunz delve to get Thinks-in-Gears to drop it again. I've been here four hours over two days and she hasn't coughed it up yet. She IS dropping a unique Order of the Diagna set piece. Strangely, it's the incorrect drop. It's the Bloodthirst sword, that supposedly is meant to drop from another boss in another delve in Alik'r (vampire boss, hence the name). The listed unique drop for her is Oli-Stained Padding of the Withered Hand. It's never dropped in the last two days, and I've gotten at least half a dozen of the Bloodthirst drops. Something is up with her loot table, I believe.
