Lag - Terrible PvE instances

Hey guys,
Since Thursday, multiple people have been getting terrible lags and desyncs in vSS and vCR.
It feels absolutely terrible : random heavy attacks going out, blocking but actually getting hit, roll-dodging but actually rubber-banding, skills going off with a big delay... Ping spiking to 400ms, etc.
I guess this is because of the free weekend?
I mean, performance was already bad, but this is much worse.

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭No, it's certainly because the monsters and bosses don't have a 3 second cooldown on their AoE attacks yet.5

blabliblargh✭✭Had such issue yesterday all of a sudden in a public dungeon with everything grinding almost to a halt, with the game surprisingly not kicking me out. Very frustrating.
