Seventh legion skill proc

I've noticed that both the Master sword and shield (puncture) and Combat prayer does not proc Seventh legion effect.
I mean both skills increase your restistance

Neither does NB shadow ability buff. Think it's really only direct armor buff abilities

Ok that's weird... They should fix it or change the tooltip to clarify

The Combat Prayer one seems like a bug since it is an actual skill you have to cast.

But Seventh won't proc on passives or other gear sets because it requires the use of an ability skill to proc that you have to directly cast. The Master's SnB is not giving you a buff directly from a skill you cast and neither does the NB shadow buff. The buff is coming from the set and a passive.

I have tried it, it does proc seventh, seventh can only be procced by a skill that directly gives resistances, not from secondary effect like the night blade passives or armour sets

I was pretty upset, after equipping 7th Legion on my stamblade, to see that Shadow skills wouldn't proc it.
