Master Crafter's Banner, Hanging PLEASE FIX THE TOOLTIP

What the title says, please do what other players have asked you to do and fix the tooltip. There is no Master Craftsman achievement, it's "Grand Master Crafter" ffs. Seriously, I just spend the last half hour wondering wtf and looking this up, I bet I'm not the first person to get frustrated by this. Please just fix this asap >:(
