Discount for ESO+ subscribers?

Being an Australian, trying to play in vet PvP on a good day is touch and go as far as latency goes. But when it gets real bad, the game just keeps kicking me out and back to base camp, making me miss all the AP from taking/defending keeps, and losing whatever siege I had up at the time. Worse, I opened a ticket to ask about the issue, and all I get is the usual, "turn off addons and reinstall the game" crap. Seeing that I am FAR from the only one with these issues, as seen in the forums and zone chat, I really don't think the problem is on my end.
As a paid subscriber for years now, and being unable to play part of the game that I'm entitled to, should there not be some sort of reimbursement?
And I'm sorry for taking this to the forums, but Zos support is abysmal and disappointing.

This has been discussed before and it has not happened. Only pets for long updates has occurred.

ESO+ Doesn't really have much to do with PvP since it is part of the base game. Not seeing a reimbursement here.

We have asked for better PvP performance for years but it just gets worse. Personally I do not see the bandaid nerfs fixing much of anything.

No discount.. And yes, I am a subscriber too.. you are not entitled to anything, which you accepted when you made a character.. I know it sucks that PvP performs poorly, but at least they are actively working on solutions

If you don't think you're getting what you paid for the solution is to stop paying for it.

ZOS don't even reimburse subscribers when the servers are offline or so unstable no one can log in for entire days, they're certainly not going to reimburse them because one area of the game is exceptionally laggy. Whether they should is a whole other question, but largely irrelevant because it's not going to happen no matter how many players think it should.

That leaves you with just the usual consumer option of 'voting with your wallet' by not continuing to pay for something you're unhappy with.
