Not sure if this is a bug

Ok so I don't have screenshots of this since there is no way to time this. I play on the PC/NA server.

When the game gets starts to lag, and this isn't everytime, I will get booted from the server and I've gotten booted from the server 3 different times for excessive messaging (i.e. Spamming) when I'm not even using the chat. i got it from being booted when in heavy combat. First time was when I first tried a cyrodiil seige (Can't remember the actual date but it was before murkmire's release. Then it happened when I was fighting a dolmen (Again I can't remember the actual date but shortly after summerset chapter release), the final time was when I was fighting a Harrowstorm about 20 minutes ago. I never know when it'll boot me for excessive messaging so simply taking a screenshot of the boot error won't be helpful.

I don't know if this has been reported before or if I'm the only one that gets booted for excessive messaging when not using the chat. In fact every single time I had the chat hidden to avoid distracting me in battle.

I only use the chat when I'm in a town/safe zone. I don't chat when in heavy conflict.

Sadly this is happening a lot. So, yes it has been reported before but nothing happend yet. I remember having this bug since 2017 every once in a while, so I guess you have to get used to it and hope maybe they'll fix it in the future.
