Support refuses to acknowledge Starter Pack 1500 + 1500 Crowns combo, missing half despite receipt

There were two purchases. I bought 1500 crowns on steam for 14.99. I also purchased the starter pack that contains 1500 crowns, a pet and scroll for 9.99 which were awarded instantly. The 1500 crowns from one of those were instantly awarded, I am missing 1500 crowns though I can't tell from which purchase. It's been more than 72h.

This was their response:

"Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. My name is Dalton and I will be assisting you today.

I understand you are reaching out to us about some crowns on a recent purchase you have made. After looking over your account I can see where the 1500 crowns were added to your account."

Disappointing. I sent them the receipt that VERY CLEARLY outlines the purchase of 3000 crowns for 24.99. This agent reviews my ticket, looks over my account and completely ignores the receipt they asked for. There seems to be an ongoing issue with this combo purchase.
