✭✭✭I understand that this isn't fully the same look, is not a skin and it cannot be earned via game activities, but we do have this from crown crates:
Just in case you didn't know.
Given how much people wished this was a skin or polymorph, and how ZOS has made several skins similar to each other with the ice look, it does seem like a more simple version of the Wild Hunt Transform without all the glowing could be a neat event reward.2 -
