3 tickets lost

The latest maintenance has deprived us of gaming and therefore Summerset tickets.

What will ESO do to compensate for this loss?

A one-day extension would be a minimum...

    I didn't lose any tickets on pc eu. It literally takes 2mins to do a daily. Maintenance and logging issues didn't last more than 10h. You could have logged in late at night or early in the morning before the reset to get your tickets.

    What you say is true, and what the other person said is true.

    I am not saying that ZOS should not extend it by a day, but I am saying that anyone who absolutely wanted to make sure they got those three tickets had ample time to get them.

    (Edit: absolutely too much use of absolutely)

    Not by any means. Daily reset is 7am cest and maintenances starts at 10am same time zone, which for most Europeans means getting it in the morning is impossible if we have school or work. I have to leave my home at 6:50 am to make it to work on time many days including that specific Monday and my case is not uncommon.
    Maintenance didn't quite last all day correct but for many the subsequent login issues persisted well into the next morning after daily reset. I had the Tuesday off but could still not login until past 9am cest though I tried to log on several times betwen 5am and reset time.

    So no, not everyone had as you put it, "ample time to get them". In fact some could not get them at all no matter how hard we tried.

    For my part I do not spend my time playing, I have a family life so early in the morning is no and the night is still no.

    2mins to do the quest, 5mins overall to log in, do the quest and log out. If you really wanted those 3 tickets, you could have gotten them.

    @MajThorax
    I repeat what I said to someone else:

    So no, not everyone had as you put it, "ample time to get them". In fact some could not get them at all no matter how hard we tried.

    How could I have gotten those tickets when before maintenance I could not get to a computer to play between daily reset and maintenance and after it had ended the login issues prevented me from login until after next daily reset? Please explain to me how this was supposed to work?

    By "ample time", what I mean is that the quoted people above my statement suggest that there were 14 hours when daily rewards and event tickets could have been obtained. That is "ample time" where someone who absolutely wanted to make sure they got those three tickets, could get those three tickets.

    I recognize that this might not fit into everyone's daily schedule, and was not talking at all about convenience, which is why I also said that I am not saying that ZOS shouldn't extend the event.

    Which 14 hours? Because the login issues persisted for many from the end of maintenance and well into the next day after reset, which really leaves the 3 hours in the morning to get them assuming we didn't have work or school to go to that is. You don't have to take my word for those login issues just go to the official thread about them or the "R.I.P. EU" thread, there are scores of similar stories of people who were barred from login in until well into the following day. So we had as I said 3 hours in the morning (maybe), not 14.
