Missing Crowns and Items - RESOLVED

I submitted my issue via support ticket the other day and have not received any response. I am missing over 21,000 crowns (just purchased on 7/28 that I did not spend a single one of and account is at zero)

Later that evening I log in, and get prompted with a unknown IP (bios did have an update, not sure how/if would affect), receive the email code, enter, login and find account sitting at zero crowns, and all the furnishing items that I was placing and looking at placing but didnt at forgetmaster which were placed into Banker, now are gone.

I have responded to my original ticket 200718-000971 that I closed asking to reopen and look into the matter but that was days ago and no response. Created another ticket for forum access, got that straightened out, but I feel like the original ticket is getting no exposure due to closing it at one point and I want to make sure someone looks into this. At this point over $150 of my hard earned money has well.. been stolen from me. So I would really appreciate someone reaching out and letting me know this is being looked into.

    Yeah that's absolutely insane. I hope that your issue gets looked into, and that you are able to get your stolen items back.

    Yea CS quality has been very very low lately. I have a similar request and they pretty much told me no can do. I hope you're able to get your crowns/money back quickly

    Thank you to those that responded. Its incredibly frustrating to spend many hundreds on this game only to feel like they don't care about the player base. If they lost $150 from their paychecks, they'd be angry and want HR to resolve right away. Not sit on it for days without any responses.

    I'm so sad to hear this.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Just wanted to thank all of you that have followed and supported me on this.

    Update* This morning support reached out reestablishing the missing crowns on account (with 10 mins left to grab sagacious senche!!!) and provided a path forward on how to attempt to recover some of the missing furnishing items.
