Indicate when buff is NOT active?

Addons like srendarr (and various UI addons) can show a bar/icon when you activate an ability and gain a buff. I'm looking for an addon that does the opposite...when you're in combat and you dont have a specific buff up, show the icon on the screen

This is useful because sometimes you dont notice an important buff falling off in the middle of combat, so an icon showing up would be a quick indication that you need to reapply that buff. I suppose you could just look at your list of active buffs to see if your specific buff is in the list, but that can be quite hard if you have a lot of buffs on you

Are there any addons that can do this?

Laughs from console world ZOS please functionality to buff and debuffs to the base game already plus show duration reminders for skills on both bars.

I use an add on called BuffTimers2. You can set up bars for the buffs you want to track and make the icon and bar persistent after the buff ends so that if see an icon without a bar and count down timer, you know you need to recast.
