Can we have some clarification on server state? Right now ZOS making it look like everything was fixed, but it wasnt!!!
After last Maint "fiasco" (and proper word for it prohibited by forum rules), tons of instances like public dungeons, story instances etc have constant 999+ ping, constant disconnects, loading screens etc
PC EU becoming completely unplayable!

✭✭✭✭✭The game performance is extremely unstable. Period. It’s spiraled out of control ever since Morrowind and has become exponentially worse since then. ZOS also does not have the capabilities, time, [insert next excuse here], whatever it is to fix the game.
Idk how many times this has to happen to PC EU and honestly consoles too until players at least understand it won’t change. If anything it will only get worse since the game performance once again continually degrades as we saw as recent as Greymoor. That’s based on 3+ years of experience - there’s sadly no reason to assume it will improve.1
