A polymorph for each of those but not playable race. I think the common 10 should remain as only playable races, and any other RP derivative should be the role of skins, polymorphs and personalities. ZOS have enough trouble making racial passives relevant and balanced as it is, flavour beyond what we currently have should be cosmetic only.

Passive being the almost the same as the main one with minor tweak like changing stam to mag
Or in the case of maomer take dunmer then change fire to lightning

This is the only race here that actually interacts with Tamrielic nations on a daily basis at a standard political level. Not to mention that, you know... Elder Scrolls races for players have been strictly humanoid since Arena.
I don't think it's as simple as people think to have "playable lamea".
Even all the polymorphs we have are humanoid.

That way we get more raceand addapted passive with no real imbalance
Players often outnumber NPCs in major settlements.
How would this game look if there were more minotaurs, ogres or lamia in Vivec than humanoids?
That was a rhetorical question.
Dear. Azura. No.

I know. I spoke up on similar topics before. Flashy animations, open necromancy, more daedric mounts than people.
All style, no substance. Sad.

They are haughty and sceptical towards foreigners because they have been separated from other cultures for a long time, but other than that, their societies differ a lot.ItsJustHashtag wrote: »Falmer or Dwemer as a playable race
Makes perfectly sense to meet dozens of people from extinct races in every town? And Falmer roaming on the surface of Nirn and interacting freely with everyone?CMDR_Un1k0rn wrote: »Daily reminder that the only race that would even remotely work as a player option, aside from the classic ten we all love, is Sea Elf. I totally agree. I could, maybe, imagine Maormer as a new playable race. Other than that... None.

In case you haven’t noticed lore means nothing in eso. Dragons out front shoulda told ya.

You know that Dunmer and Maormer don't have much in common? The Maormer already seperated from the other mer back in Aldmeris. So lorewise it wouldn't really fit. And it would seem uncreative for me. What's the point in having different races if they don't really differ? If you just want the looks (I can imagine some would want their char to walk around as a Maormer, I would even consider it myself), a polymorph would be enough.

Considering we know how subraces work in Tamriel, offspring take primarily the traits of the mother with a smattering of paternal traits. So how would that look? Die roll on passives, or just a reskin of the maternal parent (which is pretty much a restrictive version of my suggestion)? As for the other option, take an existing race, reskin and frankenstein the passives, not really feeling that. Pick the race you want from the original 10, chuck on a skin or polymorph you have everything you want along with everyone else... Seems the least difficult route and means to avoid p2w qq.
Falmer skin + personality
Goblin polymorph (so it can be used in Cyrodiil)
Other reasonable Khajiiti furstock polymorphs (because polymorphs are the only thing that would work considering that they can't revisit all old armor to make it fit them)
I have requested this before and I will request it again...
Sorcerer Pet skins, specifically atronachs it fits the lore and they are lesser deadra used in conjuration in previous editions.
You gave warden a different bear color skin, I see no reason to not expand on the concept I don't even care if its in the crownstore.
Problem with polymorp is that it make all look the same, now if you could transmute an standard Khajiit into an Dagi.Falmer skin + personality
