But part of the quest was an Altmer believing to be an famous detective trying to find an pie thief, during the discussion this saw 3 pies she had to steal for quest reasons, perhaps one option that Khajiit was the thief but it ended up being an monster as in an dog who ate it.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
