What's the point of subscribing for a studio unable to manage an MMORPG, to drastically solve a recurring problem?

Zeniamx collects money in an easy way, but what does it do to get money from players?

Players who keep yelling their dissatisfaction due to various recurring constraints of the zenimax service, no contact from the devs on the official forum, or even from the CM, yet a forum serves precisely for that an exchange between players, but not only, the managers are also supposed to take by the exchange communication, unless it's an America of dictatorship?

Could you solve the problems once and for all instead of thinking only about content to add even more problems????

And for pity's sake, could you please answer us ? and no, let your torturous moderators punish us for free, or leave their message like an automatic bot !!!

The European community is tired of being used as a victim !!!

Who wouldn't love a loyal following that continues to pay for something that doesn't work properly, along with pointless cosmetic upgrades and fluff? As long as people keep paying, nothing needs to change; complaints are easy to ignore while the money still rolls in.
