• NA megaservers for maintenance – January 8, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 8:00AM EST (13:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – January 8, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 13:00 UTC (8:00AM EST)

What are ZOS Team plans about EU server maintenances or is there any?

It will be good idea to hear something positive, as we already saw post about communication...
Before with 4 hours maintenance and exceptional 6 hours it was not a big deal, but now 6 hours become a minimum time and 8 hours become normal.
It goes 2 or 3 days lost for month and more than month lost for year.
Starting servers 2 hours before day change is not solution.
I still remember how i didn't need to check forum to see which day will be lost, but "understanding that today there was maintenance because launcher downloads something".
I would be happy to take pleasure from ESO, and not to accumulate frustration, or atleast to have time to forget last time before new "disaster" comes
ps: and admin can lock it before it becomes insulting and crying
pss: next "disaster" came even faster
