Intense sync / ability issues after last Patch

Last Patch means the one from 27.07.2020.
I had noticed the first Issues yesterday already, where i was fighting but some of my abilities just would not work. It's not like the usual lagg where you have a delay in the skill being casted it's repeatedly refusing to use my abilities. First i thought it was aoe abilities only and that the developers had mistakenly implemented the changes already, but then i noticed it's happening with my Ultimate as well as spells like Vigor and Blood Craze.
If you're watching the Video. Pay Attention to the Eye Tracker. Trying to press Vigor, Blue Betty, etc. and it just wouldn't go off. Managed the first fight, then second fight it's Armor Buff doesn't go, Ultimate doesn't go, Vigor doesn't go. Non stop failed casts.
It is 100% noticeably worse then 2 days ago and it's not even lagging. It's "normal" Ping for Cyrodiil.
