havent been able to do summerset daily event tickets because of maintenance

    I submitted support ticket (tickets, tickets everywhere) asking for missed tickets. For *** and giggles, obviously, not holding my breath.

    You know what, I'm going to do that too. Not holding my breath either but as ZOS officially seems unwilling to do anything about the ongoing issues all we can do is turn to support.

    So no official feedback on the possibility of extending the event? I ended up quitting trying to log in and going to bed yesterday, I see some threads where players tell others to essentially "cry less" while ZOS finished ironing out issues but nothing from the company itself.

    During the event, the zone’s monsters and boss monsters each have a chance to drop Event Tickets and Strongboxes. If you do not receive your Event Tickets from the first few bosses or monsters, keep killing them! They're bound to drop! Both the Event Tickets and Strongboxes are on a random number generator (RNG table) this event. You do not need to kill World Bosses, it could be as simple as light attacking a crocodile!

    Customer Support is not able to grant Event Tickets or provide compensation for this event.

    That reply is actually hilarious because it would have applied to the Murkmire event, but not the Summerset event at all. Customer Disservice should at least pay attention which event is running and change their copy & paste answers accordingly. This "professionalism" is really remarable. :(

    Tbh, it's the first time I get nonsense support response. During Elsweyr event game tended to crash and dragon was already gone with all the loot when you'd get back, and they granted me missing tickets

    Edit to add: nope, no compensation for maintenance, but at least they answered promptly
