Banned No response?

my account was recently permanately banned about a week ago and also suspended from site i have no idea what i was banned for? i have put in several tickets with no responses if you could give me some sort of answer on why i was banned that would be great thank you! #:200720-006074

I've waited a week since my last post and still not a single email about my account? i wanna say its been 3 weeks total now. How long is the usual wait time for something as minimal as an explanation of why i got banned?
