Idea for 2021

This is just an idea, but I would like to think many other people would agree.
Instead of releasing a year long chapter next year please can you invest in a complete server upgrade for the EU server and possibly the NA server whilst you are at it.
The game is clearly very popular, however over the years people have been complaining how poor the performance has been in Cyrodiil.
I personally don't play in that area so that's not to big a problem for myself.
However you have to admit, wouldn't it be nice if no one was complaining about how bad things have gotten?
I mean the fact that a simple maintenance like today lasted 10 hours for then people not being able to long on afterwards tells me your servers are just not up to the job anymore.
Just imagine if in 2021 people could log on all at once without any delay?
Peek times run smoothly, wouldn't it be great to run events without any hiccups? Load screens always short and fast.
I honestly think your community would be far more happier and you might even see the return of old players.
With all the extra time you would have you could even slowly brush out all the silly bugs and errors making the game even smoother.
Then come 2022 you could finally release your new chapter and everyone would be super hyped.
Of course this is just an idea.

Combine it with incentivizing people to play in areas they usually don't (Get PVPers to PVE and vice versa) it'll entice people to "new for them" content to keep things fresh-ish.1
