An update on today's downtime and expected reboot (question mark)

Any chance we can get an update or an idea why PC EU is expected to be up around 9pm EU time?
I think a lot of folks and speculating here.

The majority of EU players will be coming home from work in the next half an hour. I think it's necessary to communicate before the flood begins and we all have to get on the ark.

If you all think ZOS is concerned about today's down time or players complaints, think again. If you are an ESO plus subscriber there is no reimbursement any down time. Rest a sure the ESO store is still up and running though.

Why can't we even have a reassuring message concerning the downtime or a simple reasoning behind it?
