Need advice on analyzing ESO logs :)

Hi everyone, I'm new to ESO, but not new to MMO (ex EQ2 "elitist" ). So finally, I discovered the website esologs.com and I'm having a hard time understanding what's going on there.
I've already learned how to use CMX, BUT... I never did group content (cos I'm only 400CP), I'm soloing normal grp dungeons and don't have any actual group log to practice on.

So what I'm trying to do is to find graphs and average parses of MagSorcs in normal and vet grp dungeons.
For example, I'm looking for magsorc dps in normal Banished Cells I

Or, another example, I was looking for magsorc dps in vet Fang Lair

So my question is: this is the correct search results for sorcs in gps?

And this one if I understand correctly, is the top DPS results?

The second dumb question is: what are the Team Points and how are they related to DPS?
And the third one: what are the Score points and again, any connection to DPS?
