No twitch drops when watching ESO streamers

I used to get Twitch drops when I watched ESO streamers and drops were enabled, but I have not received a Twitch drop in weeks. I watched ESO streamers for over 15 minutes each day on 7/17, 7/18, 7/19, 7/24, 7/25, and 7/26. I started a forum thread and multiple folks are posting that they are also not getting drops https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/6880198#Comment_6880198
And other folks are posting in that discussion that they are still getting drops.

My ESO and Twitch accounts are linked per the instructions https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/41809

My twitch settings show that ESO is linked. And in the lower left corner you can see Alcast streaming, yesterday 7/25/20.

I submitted a report. See Question Reference # 200726-000747 which I submitted 07/26/2020 01:29 AM and support updated to say check the Bug Reports section of the forum. Did not see anything recent, so I created this new discussion.

Did you only watch 15 minutes? The drop chance is calculated each x minutes, as far as I know, so watching longer means higher chance.

Most days I watched a lot longer than 15 minutes. I leave it running while playing when Twitch drops are enabled.

A few minutes ago I received an email from ESO saying I received an Ouroboros Crown Crate. Thanks, ZOS!

Yesterday I tried to fix the problem myself by unlinking and relinking my ESO and Twitch accounts. So if I updated the one picture above, it would now say linked since yesterday. Maybe I fixed this myself? Or maybe ZOS is working in the background after seeing my report? As long as it stays fixed, I am grateful either way.

Be aware that we only get guaranteed drops from the ESO official streams, like the latest one on the 24th.

Regarding streamers, there's a chance we get a drop > this applies to the ESO stream team and non-official streamers.

I've been getting them this weekend but there have been at least 2-3 occasions in which I've watched all day and got nothing and Idk who I'm supposed to tell about this, the email they are sent from is literally called No Reply... I don't want to come off greedy but those streams take up data and bandwidth so they're not free from my end.

I've noticed I can watch Bethesda streams on my phone and still get Drops but if I watch a regular streamer I don't ever get them regardless of how long I watch and it's usually SEVERAL HOURS at least.

I too Used to get the drops ALL the time or I should say EVERY TIME I watched my favorite Streamer. But as of late (since April) I am not getting them at all. I get them every time I watch the Bethesda streams but I am not getting them when watching my favorite stream. Now I know that it is supposed to be random as to whether you get them or not but this is getting old. I watch for at least an hour, I do not mute the streamer nor do I minimize her window ( I am linked or I wouldn't be getting my Bethesda stream ones). I have two monitors and plus I like listening to her and watching the funny things that she does from time to time. This has not stopped me from watching her cause I love watching AesmaTV but it is a bit of a bummer to not get the drops when I am trying to get some gems built up to make a purchase of something from the crown store. Has something changed to make the RNG worse on this then it has ever and I mean EVER been? Is it because there are MANY more viewers than ever before? There has to be a good reason for this happening or is it another one of those things that everyone is just gonna say "well it is ZOS"?
