Will we get Morrowind chapter for free in future just like Imperial City?

So before "some" people start bashing for the question. Here's what I'm asking. Year ago, ZOS gave away Imperial City for free and still does that. Before that, when they were about to release Summerset, they made Morrowind part of the base game but only for those who will purchase the game Post-Summerset. For those who have played game since launch or just pre-Morrowind and haven't bought it (for any reason) are left out of it while new players get it for free.

So here's what I'm asking in long version - Will ESO Veterans (Pre-Morrowind) get it for free like we did Imperial City (and kind of with Murkmire) or it will stay as it is? I'm asking for you opinions and not asking ZOS directly or anything. Just interested what people think might occur in future. Speculation, nothing else.

And I'm well aware I can get it either via ESO+ or with Upgrade edition, but question is if we'll get it for FREE.

I think it has been well over a year and we have not seen Zos give away any other DLC. Wrothgar, TG, and DB would likely be the next ones to be given away if it happens yet nothing. I think IC was a special case as Zos may have been looking to increase the PvP population.

In other words, Zos might but I expect it would be years before that happens. Remember, Zos is in this game to make money which does not mean giving things to people who are not interested in spending much money to support the game.

I think we got Imperial City because no one really wanted to buy that PvP DLC but they insist on keeping PvP on life support by running events.
Notice they don't want to give free ESO+ just so players can participate in DLC events anymore -- probably because during the event period, players went elsewhere and did other things than the event they were trying to promote, especially when it's PvP.

Probably not, since the Imperial City giveaway was more of a plea for players to go there. Which we still didn't.

PS: I always found it unfair to give players free ESO+, as they simply abused it to store in the crafting bag and did other stuff, which was unrelated to the event it was given with. While at the same time ESO+ members were still paying for it. Personally I would love to see main zone events only, as this gives me my own timetable on when to do the specific DLC's.

Judging by the forum tears we had when Murkmire was given away as part of the daily login rewards, I doubt it, whereas most players don't care about PvP.

Probably not. Couple reasons why;

1. Imperial City is the oldest DLC and it was the only non-free PVP content in the game. If ZOS wants to release old DLC for free, then Morrowind has a while to go.

2. Adding previous chapters like Morrowind to the base game adds value to the base game for new players. Adding previous chapters like Morrowind to the preorder bonuses of the latest Chapter adds value to the latest Chapter.
Making Morrowind free on its own would take away value from those things.

3. Murkmire was released specifically to get people to use the relatively new Daily Login Rewards. With those rewards being older and settling into a pretty standard rotation, there's little benefit to making Morrowind a free reward.
