Can't Claim A Gift

I was gifted Summerset Collector's Pack, but I can't claim it. Every time I press E to confirm in claiming window, it just goes back to the gift window. Relogging and relauncing the game didn't help. Could it be because I already own some of the items (the pre-order ones)? Any ideas, how to claim the gift before it gets returned? I sent a ticket to support, but not holding my breath there.

✭✭✭There have been issues where owning one part of a Bundle prevented players from receiving gifts (notably, the 4 DLC Bundle was bugged because people already owned IC). Sounds like it might be a similar issue! Support should definitely look into this.0
