In the next release, can we suspend WW as a crime until it can be coded correctly?

I completely agree with WW as a crime. Having it a crime is more immersive and inline with lore. However, like many other people this bug of going into a town and for whatever reason having almost every NPC get angry at you for being WW even though you have no crime indicator and have not changed into a WW is very frustrating as well as in-game expensive. I suggest temporary removing WW as a crime until it can be properly coded.

I hope ZoS does something. It seems to be happen more and more. In most of information technology when something is bugged we roll back the change.

As a very easy fix they could leave the werewolf abilities as criminal acts but make the transformation not a criminal act until the bug gets fixed.

Until they get the code fixed, try and refrain from going into loadscreens while in werewolf form, this is where I see the most issues where the game confuses your werewolf state.

I just had one Summerset NPC react to a WW char of mine cold not using the ability at all just loaded up from 24 hours before. That is the only reason I made this post. This is getting to be too much. I really like the WW. But this is a real PIA.

I would extend this to Necromancer skills as well. Only deliberate crimes like stealing or killing NPC’s should create a bounty. Even outside of towns, combat with hostile enemies with Necromancer or Werewolf abilities can often be reported as a crime. It’s just an annoyance that adds nothing to the game.

Went into WW at a geyser last night, finished it up and ran the beaches for about 30 minutes getting a bucket of clams, went to Alinor to crush some armor wand weapons and I think I got chased and attacked by half the population before I left.

    No loading screens involved.
I had already checked for bounty meter, and it was clearly clear.

I ended up running to the outlaw refuge to sell loot, no bounty was needing payoff, and when I left I was OK, so maybe the outlaw refuge loading screen cleared the bug?

The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

I get bounties all the time. Guards yell at me and start attacking. Havent been a werewolf for 20 minutes. It's really frustrating.

This is something they should have done last patch, it’s kinda pathetic they left this bug. I think not getting an unwarranted bounty should be more important than whatever RP itch is scratched by making wolving out a crime.

LOL and to think I was hoping for a "proper" Werewolf crime / bounty system...

    My hopes were:
If no one sees you transforming into WW or back to human form, and all they see is a random WW passing by, once in human form all bounty accumulated in WW form decays, as there is no way anyone will be able to identity you. As far as I remember it worked like that in TES V: Skyrim.
Kinda like Clark Kent used a phone-booth to change outfit & dress up in Super Man costume, so no one was able to know his true identity...

But even the simplest system is as alwyas: Bugged....

What else is bugged, because this is the only justice bug I’ve encountered lately, not counting the fence debacle they fixed last patch?

I've been having trouble with the "stealth gotcha" bug for a while. Stealth indicator either continuously flickers between hidden and detected, or it says you're hidden, but you're not, actually.

Ah yeah, forgot about the flickering hidden/unhidden one, ugh that one is annoying and has made for some scary moments in IC.

I'm also not a fan of the way that NPCs do random 180s and 360s, but I think that's a pathing problem.

I was testing this bug in Bal Foyen after it first happened to me like in Western Skyrim & Murkmire back in May. I turned into a ww, done my abilities to enemies, turned back to normal, & none of the resident NPCs from Dhalmora & Fort Zeren didn't react to my character also no bounty . After leaving the zone & then came back I did the same thing again still no hostile NPCs. Then I did a third time & the bug happened. It got to be a code within of turning back to normal isn't registering or something that is what causing this random bug.

Main is Blue-Thuxis, a Argonian stamSorc, whose also is a werewolf! 2nd main, Cobalt-Thuxis, a Argonian stamArc, an identical twin sister to Blue-Thuxis, even is a werewolf as well! some alts:
Nirn-Scale Rajthux (Argonian, Templar), Ros-Ei Nature-Thuxis (Argonian, Warden), Crimson-Thuxis (Argonian, DK), Bone-Thuxis Tharn (Argonian, Necro) Why Bone-Thuxis has Tharn as a last name:
The siblings were separated at a young age due to a Dres slaver raid, Blue, Cobalt, Ros-Ei & their mother were able to escape, Crimson & Bone weren't that lucky. Crimson was later "rescued" by some Orcs that later ambushed the House Dres Dunmers, unfortunately one Dunmer remained & sadly successfully brought the young Bone-Thuxis to the Dres plantation. Later an Imperial, a Tharn, bought Bone at a auction & later told he was free, the young Argonian sadly had no idea where to go & doesn't know if his family was still alive, so the Tharn adopted him into House Tharn. This family of Argonians finally reunited years later.
, Kenneth Clyde (Nord, Sorc), Selene Gray-Thuxis (Argonian, Nightblade), Urmanda (Orc, Warden)
Some ESO history: I originally started from PS4 NA during June 10, 2015, I did reached CP 810+ on there. I eventually kinda got tired of paying PS+, so during February 4, 2019 I started moving to PC NA. Also CP: 810+. Nowadays I play ESO PC mostly, while PS4 is dust.
