I recently moved, and had to set up my internet connection at our new house. I kinda feel my skills are feeling sluggish and laggy. Im not sure if its ESO or my internet connection.

Speedtest.net says:

Ping: 6
Mbps: 511
Upload: 24

Ingame my ping is at 70 - 100. Is this good or bad? I was in Cyrodil and often when i pushed my skills, they didnt fire off! In BGs i kinda feel like there is a delay, hard to put a finger on it, but im not sure if its gotten any worse or if its in my head.

100 ping is very good for PvP, usually I sit around 200-300 while it is 50-100 in overland.

Speedtest.net doesn't matter because those servers are optimized for the test and your ISP might prioritize traffic during speed tests to make your connection look better when it's deprioritized all other times.

You want at most 150 ping in the game to be able to reliably do something without guessing, though no ping matters when you are playing during the server's lag times. Even with 50 ping I still guess, and the behavior of the server is pretty funny during those times...

My ping in no-cp pvp sits at around 100 until a ball-group turns up,then it triples. :|

In a normal MMO, I would say between 0 and 120 is fine, 121-150 is on the edge of being fine.
But all of that doesn't really matter. ZOS doesn't seem to be willing to spend their money on good servers, so most of the lag will not be related to your ping rate but serverside issues.

I typically play with 200+ ping where I am located and it bogs down to just 10fps when there is a lot of graphics going on (my computer's fault, not the game's). I also have the problem where pressing keys will sometimes be ignored, or it will fire off randomly several seconds later. Usually this happens with streak. I press the key, figure it never made it, turn around, and flash right over the edge into insta-death land. I imagine there is someone there from the other team watching me go flying to my self-inflicted death while laughing so hard they are blowing soda out their nose.

I often find myself having to one-bar it for batlegrounds because I might hit the key for bar swap 6-7 times and it still never swaps. Which is annoying when you know you want to use your self-heal, but keep streaking over the cliff instead!!

It's not you. Pick any other online game that is stable and you will see the results. Make sure you're hard wired of course so not to have spikes and drops. This is more than good.
