I think I'm losing general interest. :( Halp

Why question it? It's a game...not a marriage. Go find something interesting to do.

    This^

Got bored, I just go away and start playing GW2, it's was very fun to discover everything new.
After 4 month and most hard thing done, I just came back cuz I missed ESO.

I read lot of bad thing about greymoor so it took me longer to come back, but after doing the whole chapter quest/success (out of trial ofc) I think people was rude about it, I really enjoyed it and the aera is beautiful.
MQ was a bit boring I admit, but lot of side quest was very enjoyable.

Yup hit the same wall about 3 weeks ago.... And after seeing the patch notes and how it is going to make no cp a nightmare I decided to take a break... Also agree that greymoore story feels.... Sad...... So yeah currently I am having blast in gw2... So I will see how long its going to take for the eso itch to come back

    Sad day.

I've found myself to be playing the game for shorter and shorter stints this past year so far, and content is becoming less attention grabbing. I've spent much less time enjoying Greymoor than I did Elsweyr and Summerset, breezed through most Questing on my Main (even though I intentionally try to play slowly and waste time meandering), and now even though I could just hop on my secondary character and Quest through again, I, don't want to. I still have the Orc Stronghold questline to do in Greymoor and I logged in yesterday to do so, but I first spent a little time doing something else first, finished, ported to the Stronghold Wayshrine, walked up to the entrance and, then I logged out instead of continuing. I then went and spent more time modding and playing TES:V. Even entertained the thought the other day at work about why I'm still paying for ESO Plus when I'm barely playing the last couple months. Oof, I don't like being in this state of mind. Still have to wait a couple more months to see if The Reach draws my attention again.

I also read these kinds of threads all the time from others, how do you cope, or do you just not play for a long time and then come back months later. That's basically what I'm already doing.

    I'm in the same boat...

Just think. How many other games can you play for years. How many games can you log into for a few hours and just socialize and get nothing done and still feel satisfied. It's okay to take a break. I always log in everyday but sometimes it's only for writs then I log out to play another game. I too find Greymoor uninspired. Maybe because the landscape seems so dreary or maybe because the Harrowstorms are horrible and offer little reward to stick with one and die 10 times before finishing one. I think next patch will offer some nice things for housing fans. But anyway feel free to take a break. Just play what you feel like playing. It's your free time. Enjoy yourself.

Same ennui. I’ve been here since beta, and I’ve been bored before, but never to this extent. Greymoor was a big disappointment. Nerfs are continual and performance never seems to improve despite the work they’re always doing to fix this and that. I guess I need a break, too. Or maybe a new game, if there *are* any other decent ones.
