I wonder if this is somehow the same that hit a friend this weekend. She was hit 3 times by a single Shooting Star.

- Automatically places player underground when below a certain percentage of health
- Automatically aims at chosen target regardless of reticle view
- No collision hack that lets you go through objects
- Various teleport hacks
It's using memory editing, so I'm not sure why ZOS is apparently unable to detect its use.

Because ESO has never had client side cheat monitoring/detection, and as far as we know, never will.
Cheats get caught when enough people report an event that some dev takes a look at the server logs/reports, finds the inconsistencies, and then eventually works a fix into the schedule. Plus side - this means players can't "circumvent" cheat detection, becuase they can't circumvent the server. Down side - takes a long time for whatever hole the cheat is using to be plugged.

@croakie Possibly not a bug; Meteor and it's morphs have an initial hit PLUS damage over time in the area initially hit. Since you are stunned when hit it's easy to be hit for a few ticks of the AOE DOT after that too.

Pretty much, the death recap doesn't distinguish between initial impact and subsequent ticks. Perhaps it should?

PvP is that serious people need to cheat? My goodness...

Ahh, bummer. Well if anyone from ZOS is reading this, they can google the bot author pretty easy, and hop into Discord and buy a sub to get the script. Took me about five minutes to find it.

this is a programmed script folk are buying from anonymous sources , and it is now in eso.
It also apparently has a zero fall damage code.
When you check the after death report and if you are sure that its a single heavy attack with a visual qlitch that becomes two consecutive heavy attacks,
please screenshot and report it.
How to report a cheater by InaMoonlight
1. Right clicking on their name in chat (outside Cyrodiil if they are in chat and choosing report from there)
2. Can be used easier in Cyrodiil, press Q targeting to bring forth the wheel menu, report is on there
3. You can also report them via the site here (sorry about the link length) https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident?fresh&session=L3RpbWUvMTU3ODg0MjQ2Ni9nZW4vMTU3ODg0MjQ2Ni9zaWQvZlVINUJVOG1hNDclN0UwQjFyZFRidkFGUGtLNEplaDkxRFQlN0VJcFRlJTdFcTFlWmczZUJIZXZCc3NyWkRGcXdoWjJ4MnoyVm50MFNmUjUxQTBhemhyODJZSlhaTWZ2dmQ1TVZtWE9rSHprVnl6dk9BemR4d1lQR0Q1VnF3JTIxJTIx
4. Should also be able to report via the ticket-sytem ingame (F1 on pc) if you can remember the full @name
If anyone has more info or have encountered these cheats please comment.

I don't think these are new. The double heavy attack and no fall damage cheats have been around for a while. I'm not going to name names, but I have fought people who have used both. It's also one of the reasons I don't go to Cyrodil more than I do, because I don't like playing with cheaters (and Cryodil has a lot of cheaters - especially on a certain alliance).
But I'm glad to see you bringing attention to them. Hopefully they will take you seriously. Because there are a lot of people on this board who don't think cheating is actually a real thing in Cyrodil. It is.

I'm sure it will not work - the opposite will be the effect. (but you are only a drop and the effect is there for sure anyway)
They get so many spammed "cheater" reports, that they struggle to find the real issues between.
I'm pretty sure they have already some logic installed that not every report is really passing a first level check and so it will never read by a real person.
So spamming reports is part of the problem...
