It would be cool to have rep with the different factions to grind out for rewards or more interesting mounts than just a horse. It would give the game more content, also it would be fun for whatever race you pick, to work on a quest line for them to get some kind of special armor, only they could wear.
You can grind many free things in ESO. These mounts are available beyond the ones for sale at the stables for gold.
Dwarven Ebon Wolf Mount using the new Antiquities System.
The Sunspire Champion Senche-Lion by getting the Sunspire Dragonbreak Achievement.
I can add links for further information on these mounts if you wish @railsdev84

I wouldn't mind more achievement based mounts or really expensive ones but I've always been against grinding as a lazy way to prolong content that shouldn't be prolonged.
......so every single guild leveling in this game?
Just because something is long doesn't make it grinding.
Motif's require grinding. Achievements require grinding. Antiquities require grinding. Getting a set weapon to drop from a boss requires grinding.
Fighter's guild? You can go through the whole game and level it to 10 without having to spend more than an hour in any one place. Same with Theives guild, Mages guild, DB, etc.
Just because you do the same thing to level up something doesn't mean you have to do it on the same mob.
I know why they require those to be grinded, so people wont abandon the zone after a week and help fellow players kill bosses or group content that cant be handled solo. As someone who doesn't always kill all the bosses immediately it can be nice to have people help.
As a former WoW player of several years: Please no.
There are a handful of things from WoW that I'd like to see in ESO, mainly allowing wardens to tame what ever animal they like as their companion. But grinding rep for mounts is something I don't miss at all from WoW, along with crafting and their classes.
EDIT: I also miss being able to hide shoulders on my outfits...

Agreed. Not only the ability to tame companions, but fix it so the animal companions actually TANK for you. That's what I miss the most.
I also miss WoW's transmog system.

I like the costume system here - I don't really use outfits too much as none of the armor fits what I like for looks.

This isn't WoW. If you want WoW features go play WoW.
