I do think it's an elegant way of replacing the PvP Cyrodiil on the map with a PvE zone, if that is what they want to go for.
All the while maintaining the PvP zones "outside the world" as it were, akin to some of the newer Battlegrounds.

My thoughts exactly, we cannot lose our current cyrodiil. And i have to admit, seeing cyrodiil again before the war, and PvP in the arena... Yeah i would probably newer log of again 😂

Battlemage was one of the six pre-release classes, but along with Warden was cut.
I truly believe it will arrive next year.
Let me get this straight AGAIN:
TIME TRAVEL IS THE LAZIEST FORM OF STORY TELLING
So BIG no, just for the sake of nostalgia, no no no.
We have so many things, continent, realm, etc to see in our time to bother travelling in time.
Also, the game really don't need any more class; it needs balance, better class identities, more customizable gameplaystyles, more cosmetic types, new mount type, SPELLCRAFTING!

True, i never saw time travel as a necessity in a lot of the content we have currently, things could definately have been done more interesting.
BUT, Cyrodiil is another story i mean literally everything is in ruins, there is no way we could experience it without time travel 😂
And u know, nostalgia sells, i think it would be foolish of them to not consider this, we all remember how successful Morrowind was 🤷♂️
I welcome spellcrafting fully, ive waited for it for a very long time since they showed it but i have lost faith it will ever arrive 😬

They also can't ignore pvp aspects of the game in Cyrodiil themed chapter be it performance or actual new content.
Would love to see landscapes of my favourite game yet again while waiting for a Skyblivion release.

I could certainly see Cyrodiil being rebuilt.
Hence my slightly different take on how time travel may be used.

Are you thinking about that weird dwemer dude down in blackreach? I was genuinely confused when talking to him, didnt really get any answers from him either. Never perceived it as a hint though, could be 🤔

Funny enough he's imperial and also wearing imperial mananaut's hat which was kinda obscure lore part about a space program held by the great council afaik. It's a purely tinfoil theory but still next year is 15 y anniversary of Oblivion if I'm correct so we can expect at least something.
