No self-respecting vampire would be caught dead in anything less than a mansion on the hill.
Velothi Reverie. It's available for gold, has a gothic look to it, has a crypt downstairs and a loft upstairs, and a couple of rooms. Easy to furnish and feels very comfortable for my vampire.
Or, you could pick one of the many homes that are in the middle of town. Hiding in plain sight, as it were.
Main Floor, looks all normal. Other floor is where you have your Vampire stuff

Indeed. My vampire is foremost a breton, so his taste is identified by that. He dresses like a breton, lives in Wayrest, and hide in plain sight.
Gardner house can be decorated to look like a normal home but then in the basement you can hide all the vampy stuff like coffins and the like.
You could probably make Proudspire Manor look, at least somewhat, appropriate.

A few people have mentioned this place, and I do like a lot about it. The only thing that bothers me is how closed in the main floor feels with all those huge pillars all over the middle of the room. I do like the pointed arches these pillars are holding up, but it feels cramped.
I am not sure if that's a deal breaker, though. I am trying to imagine some of my furnishings in there. An item I really wanted to display on the main floor is pretty good sized, and may not fit well anywhere in there.
I do love the layout of the other rooms and floors, though.
Obviously, I don't know if the item you mention would fit in there, or not - it may not, if it's very big.

This is the item I was referring to. https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/sixth-house-ritual-table/ I was thrilled when I got the lead because I just got the Sixth House costume. I loved the idea of a mythical group of "Vampires of the Sixth House", and thought this would look great in a Vampire themed home.
I am still very interested in this home, and really like the idea of a city dwelling, proper and refined Vampire. I may just take a chance.
By the way, the Vampiric bed with the black cover also looks quite nice, against the stone, in the bedroom upstairs.

I don't think I would use the top floor for my bedroom. I don't care as much for the wooden floors, and prefer the cool stone, or tile, floors of the lower level. I also like being further away from the sun when sleeping.
As far as the top floor, that may be where I put my private Vampire rooms, and altar. Further away from people on the street, so less chance of detection. I may also hide the stairs up with a false wall, or bookcase, or tapestry, so it's not obvious there is even a top floor to my guests.

Ah, OK.
The only problem with putting it up there, if you sink it into the floor, will be that the table legs will poke through the floor into the living room downstairs.
I had to be careful how far I sunk a Vampiric dresser into the floor, which I was using to put a wash basin on, because the legs were poking through the ceiling and the legs on that are, obviously, far shorter than the legs on the table.
