✭✭✭✭Where are you looking for it? You didn’t mention if you got all that AP from Cyro, IC, or BGs.
As far as I’m aware, the lead only drops from the daily coffer (“Battlemaster Rivyn’s Reward Box”) that’s sent to you for doing your first random BG of the day, on a 20-hour cooldown.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭This lead seems to be an exception compared to all others which can be looked for multiple times a day. With the Vvard dailies, you at least have 4 chances to get the St. Nerevar Moon-and-Star lead, moreso if you get shared quests from other people.
