Everyone Has A Price - Thieves' Guild Bug

After completing the quests in Shark Tooth Grotto, Walks-Softly hasn't shown up in the Thieves' Guild to progress through the remainder of the quest. Relogging, reloading, rezoning, waiting 20+ minutes to log back in, he's still a no-show. Next attempt will be to start the entire quest over, again, in hopes he shows up. So many bugs, so few fixes
