Two handed weapon, which type?

Stamcro, heavy armor build, malacath, no cp.
Dizzy, bb, execute, dawn breaker for dmg.
What would perform better, maul or axe? And which trait (thought of maul nirn and axe penetration may be a good combo)
The maul will give me 1500 to 5000k penetration after fracture, based on the enemys armor so far I know.
But WilI the bleed dmg from axe passiv boosted by malacath and the necromancer passiv?
Is it reliable enough with a dizzy spam build?
I don't have the time and the gold to farm both weapons and to test them.
So I would be thankful when Some1 tested it before and could help me to decide.
